K.G.F MOVIE STORY
K.G.F: Chapter 1 is a 2018 Indian Kannada-language period action film, written and directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombley Films. This is the first installment in a two-part series, followed by KGF: Chapter 2. The film centers around poverty-born King Krishnappa Bairia "Rocky", who arrives in Bombay (now Mumbai) in the 1960s, on a quest to find will and power at will from his dying mother. When involved with the gold mafia, he is recruited to kill the oppressive heir-in-waiting Garuda at the Kolar Gold Fields.
A period drama set in the 1970s, KGF is the story of a fierce rebel who rises up against brutal persecution in the Kolar Gold Fields and becomes a symbol of the hopes of the Dalit people.
K.G.F: Chapter 1 was released in Kannada and the following day in dubbed versions of Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages and received positive response from the audience. The film performed well commercially and collected 76 crores performed over four days in release, breaking the record for the highest-grossing Kannada film ever in the process.

By the way, this movie is 20 December 2018 (United States and Canada) and Scheduled to be released in India on 21 December 2018. But it will be released on 3 January 2019.
